The history behind this piece is what sold me—that it's based on an actual 1291 seal from Västerås cathedral gives it so much more weight than a random decorative item. Casting it from a forgotten mold from the archives feels like owning a small piece of Swedish craft heritage. It sits beautifully o

I had no idea a candle holder design could be this old—the 1291 inspiration is incredible craftsmanship. The detail on the cast metal is crisp and surprisingly elegant for something so simple.

The historical detail really sold me—knowing the mold was rediscovered from the archives makes this candle holder feel like a piece of living history. It's heavier and more substantial than I expected, and the rose design looks beautiful on the dining table.
