I was a bit skeptical about the safety warnings, but the glass actually stays cool to the touch even after the candle's been burning for a couple of hours. It's a simple, solid design that fits nicely on my wooden shelf without worrying about heat damage.

The glass holder feels sturdy and the warning about heat-sensitive surfaces made me double-check my table before lighting up — glad I did. Burns evenly and lasts longer than I expected for the price.
